4 BHK house construction cost in Nepal

If you have a big family with parents, two adult children with their spouse and their kids, you would want a 4 BHK flat or 4 BHK house. 4 BHK house means a house with 4 bedrooms, a hall and a kitchen. Let’s calculate the construction cost of such a house in detail.

We have to consider 70% of the first floor cost has been used in the foundation. So, taking the minimum cost Rs. 3200 per squared feet, we have to multiply 3200 by the sum of 950, 665 and 320. The sum of the products turn out to be Rs. 6192000. This price is the exclusive price for Kathmandu. If you will build this house in other cities, the cost can be lesser by 7 Lakhs or so because the labor charge can be lesser in rural areas.

Now, If you happen to build the same house with a premium finishing, the rate should be Rs.4000 per square feet. Now, If you multiply 4000 by the sum of 950, 665 and 320, then the total cost of building a 4 BHK house for you will be Rs. 77,40,000.
