No attention to waterproofing

of the drain pipes all depends on the volume of use. For residences, a 3-inch
drainage pipe depositing to the manhole is enough for carrying all wastes without
clogging. Generally, the slope maintained in residential space is ¼ inches per
foot i.e. 2%. A good drainage system always makes sure all the waste is
immediately carried away to the manhole and no seepage is resulted due to waste
water.
Your plumbers, electricians and tile installing agents might unearth new problems while doing bathroom renovation. Renovating a bathroom is not typically a single day job. New ideas of saving space or generating storage space may pop up while you are still renovating your bathroom. It is always smarter to put aside 10 to 20 percent of the total budget for extra items that could arise in your bathroom renovation.

of natural stone in bathroom renovation has increased as a trend. People are
preferring dry bathrooms and use of natural stone, especially in dry bathrooms,
will increase the aesthetics of the bathroom. However, you have to make sure
young children make use of them properly.
Make sure the bathroom complements your House design
